Riviera Catamaran – Athens Daily Cruises
1. Reservation & Booking Procedures
Your Cruise Reservation
On receipt of your payment, subject to availability of our sailing experiences and at our discretion, Riviera Catamaran will reserve your place on your selected cruise.
A contract is made between you and Riviera Catamaran (Registered in Greece) only upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us and our written communication thereof to you.
Booking confirmation is the advice and invoice we send you outlining:

The names of person(s) booked.

The date and time of departure.

The services selected.
-
The amount paid and/or balance due.

Details of payment options.
Contract Definitions

Contract: Means any booking, arrangement, or agreement made between you and Riviera Catamaran.

We, us, our, ourselves, Riviera Catamaran: The brand owned and operated by the legally registered company operating under this name.

You, your: Any person(s) named on the booking form regardless if noted at the time of booking or added/deleted at a later date.
Legal Provisions

All monetary amounts are stated in Euro (€) and are payable inclusive of VAT in Greece unless otherwise provided.

The law of Greece applies to the contract made between you and ourselves.

If any provision of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted without affecting the remainder of the contract.

If a person confirms a booking through our website or an authorized partner, they must ensure all person(s) named on the booking have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Minor Policy: If any person named on the booking is under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the person(s) who made the booking to ensure the confirmation is sent to all participants and to notify us of any errors within 48 hours. We shall not be liable for erroneous information supplied by you or for loss suffered due to technical filters (spam/firewalls).
2. Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment Policy

Deposit: To reserve your cruise, a deposit of 50% of the total price may be required within 7 days of booking.

Full Payment: Riviera Catamaran reserves the right to require 100% payment at the time of booking at its sole discretion.

Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.

Late Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days of departure, the full cost is payable immediately.

Failure to Pay: If payment is not made by the due date, we may assume the booking is cancelled and apply relevant charges.
Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply based on the notice period:

| 5 to 3 days prior to sailing | 30% of total fare |
| Less than 3 days / No-show | 100% of total fare (No Refund) |
Cancellation or Change by Riviera Catamaran
We reserve the right to change or cancel bookings due to operating requirements.

Alternatives: If a change is necessary, we will offer a comparable alternative. If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be issued.

Force Majeure: If cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (war, natural disasters, strikes, or weather exceeding 6 Beaufort), we will refund monies paid without further liability.
Weather Conditions
Cruises are subject to weather conditions and Port Authority approval.

Wind Limits: If wind intensity exceeds 6 Beaufort at the time of departure, the cruise may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Authority: The Captain holds final authority regarding navigation and safety. Weather below the 6 Beaufort limit does not constitute grounds for passenger cancellation.
3. General Conditions
Itineraries & Partner Vessels

Information on our website is correct at publication but subject to change.

Vessel Substitution: Riviera Catamaran may operate cruises using vessels from selected professional partners. All partner vessels comply with Greek maritime regulations, hold valid commercial licenses, and are operated by certified captains. Use of a partner vessel is not grounds for a refund.
Medical & Passenger Responsibility

Physical Condition: Guests must be in suitable health for sea conditions. We must be advised of any medical conditions requiring special attention before booking.

Medical Care: We do not employ medical personnel; any local medical attention required will be at the passenger’s expense.
Conduct & Authority

The Captain has full authority onboard. You must comply with the Captain’s decisions and Greek maritime law.

Termination of Service: Illegal substances, intoxication, or behavior endangering others will result in immediate termination of the cruise without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Riviera Catamaran’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the cruise. We are not liable for loss, injury, or death resulting from:

Acts of third parties or suppliers.

Erroneous information provided by the client.

Events beyond our reasonable control (unforeseeable circumstances).
Governing Law
This contract is subject to the Law of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Greece.
